CAIRO, April 5. Lord Kitchener is proceeding to Suakim. April 6. The Egyptian Government have under consideration the extension of the Soudan railway through Khartoum via Kassala to Suakim. Owing to the insanitary condition of Omdurman the troops are now encamped south of the town, which has been allowed to become a waste.
