JORDAN'S TOUR.
Game 2831— " Biistol."
Mr Jordan was kept as busy as possible during last week. He played afternoon and evening, winning more games than in the preceding week, as most of the strong players wore busy in the tournament. His heaviest day was Saturday last, when he played about 50 games against all ceruers, at one time playing a contingent of the tourney players. Unfortunately Mr Joidan has not been enjoying good health these last few days, and two evenings was confined to bed. His play, however, seemed as strong as ever, and only one other win has been scored against him, Mr Lucas being the successful player. Mr Jordan pays a visit to Port Chalmers and Portobcllo rs early as possible before going down south. As soon as word has been received arranging dates, the fixtures will be announced through the Times and Witness. ■ •
