RICEFLOUR CAKES.

Take Jib butter, Jib sugar, Jib riceflour, Jib flour, one and a-half teaspoonfiils of baking powder, two eggs and the grated rind of a small lemon. Beat the sugar and butter to a cream, then put in the eggs well beaten, add the riceflour, rub the common flour and baking powder through a sieve and boat in with the other things; put about a dessertspoonful at a time ou a well-greased baking sheet, pgg them over, and sift a little sugar on each. Bake in a hot oven about 10 or 15 minutes.
