NEW SEASON'S IMPROVED DUX, SPARE YOUR HORSE3S. FTHHESE are improved very considerably, and JL as built to-day are equal to any New Zealand plough in all-round usefulness, but at one-third less cost . and at little over half the draught. Every improvement suggested by our customers has been embodied' in the new implements, and these for the sake of distinction will be known as the "Kid" type. They are not set furroivs, suitable only for stubble-plough-ing, but for lea, swamp, and tussock as well. The Double and Treble Ploughs will plough from eight to twelve inches in width and from four to eight inches deep. Each Doublefurrow can be made into a Treble-furrow at any time by attaching the extra parts, and each Treble-furrow can be worked as a Double if desired. The mouldboards are larger, and the shares are on the English pattern. Farmers requiring to save time, money, and horseflesh will buy these ploughs, which have beaten every competitor in Canada and in Great Britain. "Send Us Four." Greenfield, Lawrence, April 1, 1898.
