A young man named James Brown accidentally shot himstslf in the knee while out shooting at Seacliff on Saturday. He was taken to tha hospital.

David Lynch, a labourer, 49 years of age, was found drowned on Sunday at tho breastwork in Quay street, Auckland. He was living apart from hia family. Thomas Seaman fell off his horse pear Blastertoa on the 23rd, and tustained concussioa of the brain, from which he died on Monday.
