THE POHUI SHOOTING AFFRAY.
Nam;oh, April 5. Detective Benjamin has not yob returned from Pohui, the scene of the shooting a/Fray between the brothers Krause, but meagre particulars are available. Ernest and Andrew Krause occupy a section in the Pohui special settlement block. Andrew some little time back brought an action agsinst another settler in connection with a. fencing dispute. Ho called as a witness in the case his brother Ernest, who gave evidence opposed to his brother's interests. Ever since then they have toot been on the beat of terms. On Sunday they had v quarrel, the result of which was that Andrew shot Ernest, the younger of the two.
