TEMPORARY RETIREMENT FROM THE FOREIGN OFFICE. London. March 14., Lord Salisbury rallies but slowly from big racent illness. His medical' advisers insist that a holiday is imperative. March 15. An official bulletin issuad by Sir William Broadbert, medical adviser to Lord Salisbury states that his patieatf» health unfits him for the Foreign Office' work until he shall have obtained a complete rest and change of air. Mr Balfcur therefore relieves Lord Salisbury at the Foreign Office.
