A ballob was taken ab the Crown Lands Office on Thursday for several forfeib6d and surrendered sections in the Makaraeo, Ardgowan, and Teaneraki ettites, tha result being aa follows : —
Section 70, block VIII, Moeraki (Makaraeo estate), 7a lr 3Sp. at 7s 7d per acre, ou lease in perpetuity. Applicants : James Riddle (suece.Sifni) and Wm. J. Abeinelhy.
Sections 104 and 105," block 11, Ounaru (Ardgowan estate), 41a 2r lip, at 103 3d per acre, in leßse in perpetuity. Applicants : James Gibbons (successful), Bejsie Rollings, Joseph A. Rolling-, and Susannah Gibbous. Section 3, block XII, O.imatu (Teauerakt settlement), sa, at 17s 2il per acre, oa lease in perpetuity. Applicants : Thomas Earl (successful) and Esther Karl
Section 26, block VIII, Awamoko (Teaneraki settlement), »20a, at 16s 2il pev acio, on lease in perpetuity. Applicants : Wm. J. Crawford (successful), Margaret Crawford, and Mien Crawfoid.
