♦ ■ AN INCRIMINATING STATEMENT.
London, September 16.
According to a telegram from Capetown, Galishwe, the Bechuanaland rebel chief who was recently captured by the British force, declares that he would never have rebelled had not the Transvaal Government's agent incited him to do bo and supplied bis followers with arms.
In all the great capitals of Europe, eavd London, some theatres %re subsidised.
