Innes Jones, Esq., to cell by public auction as above, .His FREEHOLD FARM, situated at Willow Bridge, near Studholme Junction, being Block XXII, Waimate Estate, containing 154- acres 30 perches " of the best Agricultural Land ever offered to the public. The soil is richly alluvial, and the land is exceptionally well fenced, with eight wires, two posts, and eigbt standards to the chain. It is well above flood level, free of Drainage Board rates, and is sown with velvet wheat, which is coming up as well as could be wished. Only one crop has been taken off the land for ft number of years.
