Vienna, April 27. The Emperor, accompanied by Counf; Goluchovvekt (Minister of Foreign Affairs) and Baron Beck (a major-general in tha Austrian army) has left for St. Petersburg on a visit to the Czar. St. Petehsbuhg, April 28. Tha Emperor of Austria arrived in the. city on a visit to the Czar. The meeting was marked by great warmth, and the/ kissed each other. A banquel. was held in honour of the visit. Tha speeches expressed sentiments of cordial friendship.
