ning continuously until yesterday, when both were shut down temporarily for cltaniug up flue dust. Extension of Smelting riant. — Minor carpenter work on buildings for additional furnnces, stoves, and boilers in hand ; erection of No. 3 furnace in progress ; corner columns and mantel frame iv place. Converter Plant.— Working continuously with one vessel.
