May I ask you to add to that list the name of Mr F. W. Collins, at present lectursr under the Science -and Art department (South Kentington) and the Derbyshire County Council. Mr Collim has taken honours (second olast) la the Science and Art examination, and ia ft recent County Council Examination for Derbyshire o»me out second among 303 competitors'. A student who takes advantage of the opportunities afforded at Dunedin need have no fnar in compotiog with pupils from any exist* ing mining school. — I am, &c,
