Lot 4, an unoccupied Eection 40ft by 90ft, was started at £150, and knocked dowa to Mr Pollock at £170. They also xeport having sold privately during the week allotment 3/ Cranmore. Koslyn. to Mr G. Brown for j£?00, and unexpired term of lease of sections 2 arid 3, Baths reserve, Leith street, Dunedin, with larse bouse of 10 rooms, to Mrs S. S. Bannister, at m satisfactory figure ; also several of the Harbour &9Md leases lately subdivided for small building

sites, fronting Crawford and Vogel ktreebs, on the Exhibition site.

Meacra Park, Reynolds, and Co. offered for sale by auction on Monday at their rooms several properties in the city and suburbs.
