The National Mortgage and, Agency Company, Invercargill, report the following silea of land during the past week :— 750 acres of Dipton estate to Mr Tom Giller, H5 do to Mr G. J. Hampton, 70 do to Mr William Campbell, 314 do Hokonui district to Mr W. O. King, 173 do Mr Cowan's Benmore estate to Mr R. Anderson— all at very satisfactory prices. A London cable states that at am-.MQ.n 25.30 cases of kajjjt*«jq_ > werej?ffeFcdroT%hich 82lTwere sold. biought 92^, half-scraped 565. The stock on Land i^ 883 cases. Mr W. A. Walton reports having sold to Mr E. Ashby, for the sum of £125, lot 2, Runciman's property, Green Island, together with dwelling house thereon.
