ANOTHER SYDNEY SENSATION.

Sydney, April 27. A married woman named Love, residing at Newtown, was found brutally murdered, her head being battered with an axe, She led am unhappy mwrried Ufa. At the Inquest on the body of th* woman Love the evidence disclosed the fact that she had been shot through the head prior to being struck by an axe. This afternoon her husband was discovered hiding in a disused chimney in a brickworks a short distance from the soene of the murder. H§ was covered with blood and had a bullet wound behind his ear. A loaded revolver was found in his pocket, and he stated that he had attempted to commit suicide. Although weak from the loss of bloed and want of food, his condition is not considered dscgeious.
