Influenza caiifced 7 deaths— 4 at Wellington. 2at Christchurch, and 1 at DuLodin. Ab We'lm^ton 3 cbiMi-.-n died of diphtheria. Ono death from tyjihuid fever occurred at Auckland, and 1 from whoopit g cough at Wellington. Pathinis caused 16 and othtr tubercular diseiiftu 9 deaths. There wero 7 from cancer. Of 49 deßths from bronchitis, pneumonia, &o , i;o lets than 21 wero at Auckland nnd the same number at Wellington, while there were, only 3 at Chii«tcburcli and 4at DunediD. Of 9 violent deaths 7 wtje ecoidVnlal and 2 suicidal.
