WHOLESALE PRODUCE REPORTS. Mr J. Fleming, Princes street south, reports under date the 22nd inst :—
Putatoes, £1 10s to £2 2s 6'd per ton. Market overstocked with potatoes. Fowls' wheat is scarce. There is a rise of 10a per tjn on flour and bran this week. I'AHM AND DAIRY PRODUCE. Messrs Mercer Bros, report paying for produce during the week ending the 22nd inst. : — Bacon (roll), 6d p. lb Frrsh butter, lOd p. lb Hams, 7d p. lb Salt butter, 6d p. lb Fresh eggs, Is Gd doz Fresh butter, good ordinary (in lib and Alb prints), 8d to 9d p. lb.
