WEEKLY RETURNS.
The Beoretary of the Dunedin Gold Dredging Company (Limited) received the following telegram on Saturday from the dredgemaster :— Dredging for six days, 50oz gold." Mr Thomas Callender, secretary of the Sew Hoy Big Beach Gold Mining Company, reports having received a telegram intimating a return of 108oz lldwt retorted gold. Mr Jabez Burton telegraphs :— " The Roxburgh dredge washed up for the week ending Saturday 220z, and the Ettrick dredge for the same time 18oz gold. The Golden Run dredge machinery is being overhauled, and consequently no gold has been obtained for the past fortnight." The secretary of the Jutland Flat CWaipon) Gold Mining Company (Limited) reports for the week ending 15th inst. :— " lloz ldwt gold for 144 hours' wages time, 132 hours' actual dredging.' The Upper Waipori Alluvial Gold Dredging Company (Limited) obtained from No. 1 dredge 40oz 3dwt 6gr, for five days eight hours' dredging last week. „, , _ , . The directors of the Dunedin Gold Dredging Company have declared a dividend of Is per share.
