The following sections of Crown lands wera disposed of daring the week : — Sections 59, block IV, Catlins.— John Fulton, & acres, for cash, at 15s per acre. - Section 49, block VII, Rock and Pillar.— Jehn Brukns, 3t acres, on lease in perpetuity ; cash price, 20a per acre. Sections, block 11, Lauder, and section 2, block X, Tiger Hill.— John White, 684 acres, on lease in parpetuity ; cash price, 15s per acre. - Section 69, block VI, Clarendon.— John Higgins, 62 acres, on lease in perpetuity ; cash price, 20s per acre. N _ Section 36, block X, Glenomaru.— Fred. Berry, 205 acres, on occupation with right of purchase ; cash price, 12s 6d per acre. Section 1, block VIII, Teviot.-Angusena Harris, 146 acres, on occupation with right of - purchase ; cash price, 25s per acre. ' , Tho second ballot for section 2, block KIT, Lauder, resulted in John Henry Meg being the successful applicant.
