St. Petersburg, April 27. Three thousand peasants in Kharkoff peraisted in lying on the rails ©ver which a train conveying the Czar would have to pass until his Majesty consented to hear their grievances. Before the train was brought to a standstill many of the peasants were crushed, while the soldiers killed many others. In the melie 15 soldiers were killed. The Czar was much enraged at the peasants, and quite upset with terror. April 29. The reported interference with the Czar's train by peasants at Karkoff is denied, but an effort had been made by someone to derail the train. How the rails came to be torn up while soldiers guarded the route is shrouded in mystery.
