TUESDAY, JULY 12. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. THE ELECTORAL BILL. After the telegraph office closed Mr J. Kelly's amendment to strike out the freehold qualification in the Electoral Bill was lost by 44 to 14, and the qualification retained.
