Octobbb 24. —We are having most favourable weather generally for agricultural operations. The sowing of o&U is all but finished, iv good order. The early town is showing above ground, aud looking well. We have had squalls of wind and rain occasionally. There is a greater than usual loss of sheep in this district this season Irom lurgworm and other diseases.
