A L-tfSsciN TO THE' Builder.— There is a good tale told of a keen old builder who was approaching one day some boildiugs which were being erected by his workuien, when he observed one of the men standing on the scaffolding with his hands in his pockets. Going up the ladder cautiously, he stepped on to the scaffold, and said : " Now I've caught you.
