The following are the full particulars of tbe Crown lands sale held by Mr R. B. Martin on Tuesday :—- RURAL LANDS. Section 92, block V, Tuapeka Bast district, nbout 19 acres. Upset, 40s per aero. Survey fees, £3 3s. Part of coal reserve, unsurveyed, about two miles from Lawrence. Passed in. TOWNSHIPS. The sections In the townships of Glenorchy, Georgetown, and Waikouaiti were all passed in. One section at Waipahi— section 11. block I, one-quarter acre— was sold to Mrs Agues Robertson at the upset of £7 10s. SUBURBAN. Town of Kolso.— Nine eections were disposed of, all in block XI, the upset price of each section being £4.
