DONALD REID & CO. have received instructions from the Maniototo Farming Company to sell by auction, on the Premises of the Maniototo Farming Company, near Maisey's Kyeburu Hotel, on SATURDAY, 17th DECEMBER, 1887, At 12 o'clock sharp, I All that very valuable Freehold Estate, situ* atcd on the Main road to Naseby, near Maisey's Kyeburn Hotel, and known as the MANIOTOTO FARM, containing 2440 acres of the best agricultural land in the district, all securely fenced and well watered. The laud grows excellent crops of turnips and grain, and being sound and dry it is admirably i adapted for breedimg high-class sheep, and for fattening surplus station stock. ; This is one of the largest and most compact Freehold Estates in the goldfields ; its extent, natural advantages of position, water supply, and average good quality throughout (every acre being ploughable) combine to make it one of the most valuable properties ever likely to be offered in the interior of Otago.
