Roxby, Esq., to sell thab Valuable Freehold Property situated on tho Awamoa Creek, adjoining the property of the Hon. Mathew Holmes and J. A. Sutton, Esq., and within two miles of the town of Oamaru, containing 1 Of) ACRES (more or less) of First-class iUU Agricultural Land. This property was one of the earliest selections in the Oamaru district, and the pick of the celebrated Awamoa Valley, the whole being of unrivalled fertility and richness.
