There was another very large gathering in the «'iio room on Tuesday night to witness the " Herd Laddie" playing with the members. Mr Wyllie M on All the games with the exception of the " Laird *}' lt J Lad y " game which he played with Mr David ".Hay, who managed after a hard struggle to make *f n w °' r George Foreman, another member ot the club, drew au excellently played " single corller game with the champion in Watson's reading room during the day. The liveliest interest was ißkeu by a large number of spectators in tiie various •Raines played in the club room.
