Struthers, under the style of "Lomas and Struthers," as Grocers, has been DISSOLVED as from Ist October 1887. Mr Struthers retires from the Firm, having sold his interest to Mr Stewart Frazer, who will henceforth continue the Business in partnership with Mr Lomas, under the style of "Lomas and Frazer."
