LONDON WOOL SALES
(Rbutbb's Telegrams.) London, June 29. At the wool sales to-day 11,000 bales were offered. The market continues fom. The present series of colonial wool aucfcfco* clqae on 'July 16. June 30. At ioMfoy's wool sales 12,100 bales were* catalogued. Prices generally show a hardening tendency. The total number of bales: withdrawn up to date during the present Series has been 15,000. July 1. At the #00l sales to-day 11,800 bales were offered, good competition being manifested for all lots. July 2. At to-day's wool sales' 8500 bales were Offered. The market continues firm. July 3. The wool sales continue with good competition, and the ruling prices a'ie firm. To-day's catalogue comprised 12,800 joales, making a total of 249,800 offered to date:(Special to Pbess Association.) London, July 1. At the wool salcsjthe German demand is increasing, and prices hardening. Of the \ 250,000 catalogued 70,000 have been with- [ «srawn. Messrs Slurray, Roberts, and Co. have received the following cablegram from their London,, house (Messrs Sanderson, Murray, and Co.), dated the 28th inst. :— " Market continues firm, with good demand for cross breds." __
