RABBITSKIN MARKET.
Weight, Stephenson, and Co. report as follows :— The supply for Monday's sale was not large, consisting almost exclusively of summer and autumn skins. The demand was very brisk, and every lot catalogued changed hands at fully last week's quotations. Best greys of May collection brought 15d per lb ; medium and incoming (mixed), 10a to 14d; summers and autumns x'mixed), 5d to 9d per lb; suckers and runners, from Id to 3d per lb. As stated in our last week's report we are quite confident when this month's collection of skins f"mes forward they will command 18d per lb, the bi'.st probably from Id to 2d per lb more. Our sales for the past week are as follow:—Pß over L, 1 bag. 15d per lb; do, 1 bag, lid; SW, 1 bag, 9d ; do, 1 bag, s£d; UD, 1 bag, lid; do, 1 bag, 4d ; WC. 1 bag, 9fd ; WS & Co, 2 bags, lid; CV, Bl>ales, 9M; WD. 1 bag, 13£ d; do, 1 bag, lOjd; do, 2 bags, s|d; T, 1 bale, 9d; and S, 1 bag, lid—total, 9 bales and 14 bags.
