SIANUKERIKIA.

A correspondent writes : — Passing through the Manukerikia district recently, I was astonished to find a dairy farm of no small magnitude. Upon the swampy a Matakanui flat Mr Benjamin Naylor, of Clyde, has a farm of 900 acres stocked with 600 sheep and 100 head of cattle — all in excellent trim — under the management of Mr Lobb. Eight men and three women are constantly employed. The dairy produce, consisting of butter and cheese, inter alia, supplies Mr Naylor's store at Clyde. To which place it is sent weekly.
