Tho damage done on tho Kingston hue last week was repaired promptly, and through tralh'o resumed on Friday. I think tho attention of the railway authorities might very properly be directed to thw section of tha line, as the occurrence of last week is becoming general ; infact, passengers dcirous of making the journey from your ut,v to the lakes in one day at this aovou >yculd save themielveh ineonvenioico by making uiquiiies an to the st.ii.c of weather in tliis vicinity.
