' Baker, ' £41 ; 38, do, £41 ; 24, G. porreßt, £30 ; 25, do, £30 ; 26, do, £30— total, £1266. The balance of .the sections are now for sale by private treaty, >everal being under offer. The 7J acre 3, Kaiborai Valley, in the estate of E. H.
