At Watson's rooms, High street, on Friday morning, Messrs Maclean and Co. offered for sale theLen Ohou Station, Mackenzie - Country, B consisting of 58,000 -acres leasehold ? and 250 acres, freehold,.together with the stock thereon, the property of John Sutclific Horsfall, Esq. There were about 70 gentlemen present, but no bids were received, and the auctioneers intimated that they were ( prepared to treat privately for the disposal of the property. Mr Henry J. Bacon reports the following sales of property on February 25th :— Allotment 5, block XXX, with flvo-roomed house, St. Kilda, Mr Campbell, £315 ; four quarter-acrej, HelenbVvook, Mr, Cows, £40 ; half-acre, Anderston, with three-roomed cottage, passed in ; 1 acre 2, roods, Shag Valley, with stone building, passed in' at £200 ; quarter-acre, Oamaru, with three-roomed cottage, Mr Burton, £190; four quarter-acres, Goodwood, passed in. Stronach on Wednesday offered for sale, at Watson's Hotel, two .sheep-stations, comprising 74,000^ acres' of land 'in South Canterbury; and 30,000 sheep.'
