Any Jockey not riding in the coloura entered, or in proper Jockey coßtume, will be fined £2. All doga found on the course will be destroyed. Racing will commence each day at 12.30 o'clock. No person will be allowed to train horses on the racecourse except upon payment of a fee of £1 to the Secretary, who will issue tickets of admisaion.
