The Judges are directed to award prizes only to horses which they consider sound in classes marked with an asterisk (*) ; and in the other classes they are directed to award prizeß to such animals only as they consider free from hereditary unsoundneas. In classes 3, 4, 5, and 6, hackneys, 2 cobs and ponies, they are directed to take into consideration principally weight-carrying capability, combined with activity.
