DOMESTIC PRODUCTS.

Witness Office, Wednesday, August 27tn. Uaklet.— The market is without ohange— the best malting remaining at 5s 3d. Domestic Produce.— Grocers ara paying, this week, for fresh butter Is 6d to Is 9i per lb., for eg£i, lOd to lid per doz, and for cheese, 7d to Sd. Flour.— Quotations are £10 to £11 in sacks. FauiT —Tho market is well supplied with apples from Tasmania, and oranges from Australia. Pine apples and bananas are coming in from Sydney. Fish. — The supply is confined to flounders, small cod, and mullet, from the Harbour, supplemented by eels from Waihola, and blue cod from Invercargill. Oats. — Very little animation prevails in the market. The price offered for good feeding is 2s. New Zealand feeding is quoted in Melbourne at 3s Id to 3s 3d, and prims milline afc 3s 3d to 3s s£d. Potatoes.— Tha market is rather barely supplied, but prices have undergone n© change. We quote at £5 ; saad potatoes briuging up to £7 10s. Poultry. — Poulterers are paying from 3s to 4s per couple for fowls ; 5s to 6s for ducka. Rabbits.— Poulterers are paying Is 3d to Is 6d per couple for rabbits, and retailing them at 2s. Seeds. — Grass seed, with which the market is well supplied, are beginning to move, and a few parcels have ohanged hands. Perennial rye-grass is worth 5s to 7s per bushel, and Italian from 9a to 103, Cocksfoot ie 6d to 8d per lb. Wheat. — The local market haai undergone no change since our last. In Melbourne at last accounts, 5s 10^d was refused for Adelasde, and at auction 774 bags New Zealand were disposed of at 4s 6d to 4s 9d.
