Tho following is the programme of the New Zealand Beform Association, recently established at Invercargill:— > v < The object of the Association Is to support the progressive policy now before the country, which is maiuly comprised in the following propositions : — - ' lit; Manhood Suffrage— all citizens of the age of 21 yens who have resided in the Colony for one year,, ■, and.' agfcinatf r whom no legal disqualification exist, to have a vote. . , ; r 2nd.
