SPAIN.
A stormy debate on Cuban affairs took place in the Cortes. A vote of censure on the Ministry was proposed, but was withdrawn. A proposition was made to send 30,000 men to Cuba. It is rumoured that the present Cabinet will be dissolved, and a Radical Government formed. It is said that Prince D'lssy, son of the ex-Queen Isabella, objects to a Regency. The Due de Montpensier will be proposed by the monarchical party in the event of the restoration of the Bonrbons.
