La Trance and the Pays think that the publication of the Polish memorandum by the Monitvur hasgiven rise to exaggerated comments. j The Pays publishes an article, signed by its editorial secretary, which Bays : — " Contrary to the assertions of foreign journal*, the agreement of France and England with Austria is rather strengthened than weakened by recent incidents."
