ANOTHER ARMY PURGE
GERMAN HIGH COIIMAND LONDON. 3. •:•• S. Herr Hitler is'reported to havi again purged the German High Cor.imand, following its renewed opposit: :i to a foreign policy that might iuvoKa war on two fronts. A number cf rimy :... cers had severely criticised the occupation of Bohemia. The Yorkshire Post says that Heir Hitler has dismissed 30 high officers of the Keichswehr. They include General Loeb, who was largely responsible for the military organisation of industry under the four-year plan, General Stuolpuagel, one of the chiefs of the Air Force, General Quade, commandant of the Air Force College, General Liebmann, commandant of the War Academy, and General Geyer, commandant of 'the Fifth Army Corps. The political leaders have thus had another victorious tussle with the soldiers, as was the case when General Fritsch and pthers were dismissed before the invasion of Austria.
