DUCHESS OF KENT'S WABDBOBE The wardrobe which the Duchess of Kent will tatce to Australia will be fcept as great a secret as the one the Queen took to Canada and the United States. The Queen's American wardrobe was guarded like the Crown jeweH. A close friend of the Duchess says that the Duche.-s intends to arrange with lending London and Paris fashion houses to supply all her requirements in Australia. Completion of her ward robewill be the last matter to be finalised before her departure from London. No selections will be made until the release of the autumn fashions. A friend states:"'"The Duchess sel-
dom talks about her clothes. In this case, she would certainly not breathe a word about any garment until she actually wears it." The Duchess's wardrobe will be the largest ever taken to Australia.
