ANOTHER WIN FOR ARMSTRONG.

PASTOR EASILY BEATS STRICKLAND NEW YORK, April 1. Henry Armstrong technically knocked out Davey Day of Chicago in tho 12th round of a welterweight title bout of 15 rounds. Day took a terrific beating from the start, Armstrong losing only two rounds and those on fouls. At Chicago Bob Pastor gained tho decision over Maurice Strickland in a dull ten-round bout. The New Zealandor won only a single round. Pastor kept his opponent constantly off his balance, completely nullifying Strick--' land's right punch which earned tho New Zealander nine consecutive knockouts. The only excitement occurred when Pastor's trunks twice fell about his knees, forcing the referee to halt the fight and refasten them.
