THE CARNIVAL.
(To the Editor) Sir, —May I take this opportunity 01 extending congratulations to those re sponsible for the success of the carnival. Those who worked hard are deserving of everyone's thanks, as by their efforts Otaki has one of the best pavilions in Xew Zealand. The committee responsible did some hard toil, but I am wise when I refrain from mentioning names. Let those men and women accept the credit due them.—Yours, etc., "INTERESTED."
