CHBIS TCHUECH, Hubert Lancelot Bhodes, a former employee of tie municipal electricity department and at one time .virtually in charge of its meter trouble branch, was lined £-3 Ibis morning for tamper* ing with a meter in hie own home. Tie prosecution said it bad. been found tbat tie whole current at Bhodes ’s bouse was running through the meters and not registerings but when the time for reading occurred the defendant would connect the meters again fbr a small amount to be registered.
