Football at Manakau promises to be keen this season and first-class senior and junior teams will take the field. Several new players have joined the . ranks of tile Hui Mai Club, j Preparations are well in hand for the opening of the cenotaph on Anzac Day. Returned soldiers, thanks to the activities of Mr Marshall Miles, will be prosent in full force from Manakau, Levin, and Kuku. while it is hoped Otaki will be well represented. The parade by these men should be a sight worth sec--is*. .Various Ministers will be presets: Kid give brief addresses.
