The concreted terraces m front of the pavilion, new entrance way -and top-dressing area being particularly pleasing. The children's play area, at the top end was alsolwell used' and there is little doubt the provision of still further improvements m these will be appreciated. The easy handling of the large crowd present fully showed the wisdom of the erection of the fence m front of the natural grandstand from which latter all present got a n excellent view of the events. The Progressive League should now consider the erection of a stall on the grounds which could be leased on occasions and so , bring m a revenue for upkeep and maintenance or further improvements. • j
