Games and music were iudult/ed m to the enjoyment ot everyone, Miss Matheson aud Mr Homer rendering solos ahd a duot, which wore greatly appreciated. Miss Beck, Wairio. played the acoouipauimcnts and gave several . pleasing pianoforte Hums. Misa Jessie Alathiesou, m a happy little speech, wished her cousin every success, aud trusted sho would enjoy many of the beat of life's privileges iv the years ahead. Miss 80110 Mathieson thanked them ouo and all for their kindness and gifts. Mr N. James thanked the hostess and Mr and Mrs Mathieson for the eveniug, and trusted that m the weddiug of two members ot such well-known families would further cement the friendship so uecessary for the well-beiug of everybody.
