Nightcaps Town Board.

I A f fi special meeting of the. Nightcaps j Town Board, held on 24th January,, there were present : Messrs R. -I. Irwin (Acting Chairimiu), D. Sinclair, senr., W. Excel! and F. Capt tanea j. The Department uf Internal Affairs forwarded a copy of the " New Zealand Oa/.- --[ ette," whijh contained the declaration of the severance of 'he Nightcaps T.nvn District from the Wallace County Council.— Received. A complaint was made by a resident of High street of the dilatorines.. of the Nightsoil contractor. — The contractor to be writ ten lo and asked th-; reason of the negligence. The Cierk reported his visit to the Clerk of the Wallace Counly Council retarding the paying over of the money, t lie amount agreed upon being previously £100. — The money is to be paid over immediately, also coal royally from Tinker Bros., £7 16s, paid up to November, 1918, also Sanitary Fees, which will bring the amount up to £178 3s 1 Id to be placed m thc Bank t>> the credit of the Nightcaps Town Board.
